 Best Friends? Thanks for visiting. My family and I live in Brighton, Colorado. Liz and I got married on June 7, 1997 in Windsor, Colorado and are happily raising our family of four. We bought our first house in February of 2000 in Highlands Ranch, Colorado and Haley came shortly after that on March 6, 2001. On July 31, 2004, Brianna was born.  Model Children In September of 2005 the family relocated to Brighton, due to a need for a larger house. We also wanted a neighborhood that was a little more kid friendly and a house that was more to our taste. We enjoyed being able to build a new house and select exactly what we wanted in a location that is really growing. We’re pleased with the work Centex Homes did in constructing the house.  Brianna's First Day of Kindergarten Elizabeth maintains all home related stuff, while I work in the Tech Center at a mortgage company called Assurity Financial Services. My company does both wholesale mortgage lending and retail mortgage loans and we are a mortgage bank. We’re actively hiring retail mortgage loan officers and looking to expand as best we can. I’ve worked there for close to 5 years now and it has been the best thing that ever happened to our family. Assurity has provided numerous opportunities for our family and is an excellent place to work!  Haley During Christmas 2009 The pictures you see on this web site were taken with a Nikon D70 up until May of 2006. I then purchased a Nikon D200 and it was great. Those of you that know me understand that I do everything to the max so in May of 2008, I bought a Nikon D3. I currently use the Nikon D3 exclusively. Prior to those, I used a Nikon D100 and Nikon CoolPix 990. All were excellent cameras, but the D3 is the best so far. Videos are taken with a Canon VIXIA HF S11 Flash Memory HD camcorder. This little device produces some remarkably clear videos. We also have an in-home studio in the basement. It consists of backdrop stands, two Alien Bee 800 strobes, umbrellas, a few Nikon SB800 flashes, some hot lights, and assorted props. I also purchased some PocketWizard Plus II wireless triggers for remote flash firing. They work awesome. We’re actively soliciting friends and neighbors for trial shoots as well! |
